TIP Infant Program brings together a hand-picked team of experienced early intervention professionals who have dedicated their careers to supporting young children and their families. Our team includes seasoned specialists in early childhood development, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, with many years of hands-on experience in the field—some with more than 30 years of professional experience.

Each member of our team is carefully selected for their expertise, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping children reach their potential.

Our approach is individualized, collaborative, and family-centered, combining developmental support and specialized therapies to help children build skills in communication, movement, learning, participation, and independence.

Led by Tina Radev, a 30-year veteran of the noble work of early intervention, TIP Infant Program is committed to providing families with high-quality, experienced, and compassionate services. With three decades of dedicated experience supporting children and families, Tina brings a deep understanding of early development and a lifelong commitment to helping children reach their fullest potential. Our goal is to give every child the right support at the right time—and to help families feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout their child’s developmental journey.
